Hi, I’m Marsha.  The owner, baker and cookie maker of The Cookie Projects.  I never thought I would be decorating cookies, let alone owning a small business.   This path found me and I have enjoyed the journey I’ve been on.  I love what I do and I hope it shows in the cookies and designs I create for you.

I always loved baking and ten years ago when my son was getting married I wanted monogram cookies.  When I couldn’t find them I thought I could make them myself.  Looking back, they were pretty sub par, but I was excited I was able to do them.  Next,  I was asked to make some cookies for an event.  After that, I realized I loved not only baking the cookies, but the creative process that was involved.  So, with a lot of practice, patience, classes and trial and error, I decided to try and sell my first cookies.  My family always encouraged me and were my greatest supporters cheering me on.  One customer led to another and three years later my business has grown into something I never expected. I have learned a lot since then and have met some of the nicest people throughout this process.  I mean how can you not be happy when you are getting cookies!  

As I continue to grow I am able to offer more designs and cookie flavors for you.  I’m so thankful to be a small part of your special events and look forward to working with you.  I have a sign in my office that says, “If You Can Dream It, You Can Do It.”  Thanks so much for making my dream come true and for the support you have given me.
