What do I need to know about payment?

• Your event date is held only when a 50% down payment of your total is received

• The additional payment is due within seven days of pickup

• Full payment is due if order date is 21 days or less away

• Payment can be made through my venmo account @thecookieprojects-marsha

Will my cookies look identical to a picture I send you?

• I can always use your invitation and Pinterest photos for inspiration.  I will not copy another artists work.

How will I know what the cookie will look like if it’s not identical to what is sent?

• I will work with you on your designs to make sure you get the set you envision, but I do work best with creative control.  Sometimes a set on paper does not always translate best while actually designing the cookies. As I am working on your set, I may make changes during the decorating process to make it look more cohesive.  

• Once you approve your design and a down payment is received changes can’t be made.  I purchase my supplies, cutters and packaging as soon as I get an order.

How do I know how long my cookie can last once I pick it up?

What if I need to cancel my order?

• In the unforeseen chance you need to cancel your order, you must give at least three weeks notice.  I will refund partial payment minus my supplies and fees.

• If it is a last minute cancellation, I will move your order to another day if I have availability or if the cookies are made, I will give you freezing instructions for you to enjoy at your convenience.

What happens if the Cookie Lady has to cancel the order?

• If I must cancel an order due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, I will refund you in full for your payment.

Can I change my pick up time?

• If anything changes with your pick up time, be sure to contact me ASAP via text to make other arrangements.  317-763-0217

• If cookies are not picked up within 12 hours from your scheduled time, your cookies will be donated without a refund.

What if something happens to my cookies when I get home?

• All sales are final.  Please check your cookies and gifts when you pick them up.

• I am not responsible for orders after they are picked up.
